It was very busy when I went to buy my car, but all the staff were very helpful and were willing to help each other to ensure that the customers' needs were met. This was likely the best car buying experience I've had; very fast and seamless process. Oh, and when I took my car back a few days later to get it detailed, they filled my gas tank...AGAIN! It was not immediately repaired. Your staff has only returned one voicemail message out of 11 that I left. I was not even informed when I could pick up my car. My 6 mo old battery had died for no apparent reason, and required jump to bring into dealer. I was informed technician not able to locate issue after monitoring for two days - computer data was lost - so will unfortunately have to wait for it to happen again. While monitoring I requested they look into fuel gauge issue again (third time to bring in for problem of fuel gauge not functioning properly).
